		<description><![CDATA[From what I&#039;ve seen, it doesn&#039;t seem to make much of a difference. Personally, I&#039;m terrified to be on Social Media sites in the workplace. But I&#039;m always shocked when I get home to see that my friends have been posting all day long, and about things happening in the office! It seems that social media is so ingrained in our society now that people get a pass for saying things on there that they wouldn&#039;t get if they actually said outloud.]]></description>
